Most recently serving as CFO of a rapidly growing gas station and convenience store chain, he has scaled multiple businesses and guided dozens of companies through critical growth phases as both a consultant and accelerator program leader. This blend of financial acumen and operational knowledge positions him to bridge the gap between business owners seeking successful exits and investors looking for well-managed, growth-oriented opportunities.

Roxette brings unique insight into successful business transitions, having experienced acquisitions from multiple perspectives - first at a medical device company, and then at a software startup acquired by a Fortune 500 company. After years in corporate sales and consulting, she led accelerator programs before becoming Managing Director of The LAB Miami, where she guided the company through its successful exit. Now a pilates instructor, she combines her wellness expertise and understanding that operational excellence and leadership wellbeing are crucial elements in creating value and ensuring smooth ownership transitions.
